The cherry – bourbon flavour gives this ham a bit of a southern BBQ flavour. Serve this with your favourite side dishes.
|1/4 cup||(60 mL) Black cherry jam|
|1 tbsp||(15 mL) Bourbon or rye whiskey|
|2 tbsp||(30 mL) Hickory BBQ sauce|
|1||(800 g) Schneiders® Olde Fashioned Fully Cooked Smoked Ham|
WHISK together all of the ingredients for the glaze in a small bowl or jar.
COOK ham according to the package directions. Brush with glaze every 10 minutes during the cooking time. Serve any additional glaze on the side
