Cheesy Tortilla Chips served with your favorite dips.
|4||Dempsters small corn tortillas|
|4||Dempters small whole wheat tortillas|
|1 cup||shredded 3 cheese blend|
|refried black bean dip (optional)|
|2||slices Maple Leaf Ready Crisp bacon|
Preheat oven to 300 degrees Fahrenheit. Slice tortillas into 8 slices. Re-assemble onto non-stick cookie sheets, or use parchment paper. Cook for about 12-15 minutes depending on thickness of tortillas. Turn over about halfway through, You are drying and cooking at the same time. Remove from oven and set aside until cool and chips have become crisp. If not crisp return to oven for a few minutes.
Turn oven up to 350 degrees.
Finely chop bacon. sprinkle on tortillas then sprinkle about 1/8 cup of your favorite cheese blend on each tortilla and bake for about 3 minutes or so until cheese bubbles. Remove and cool again. Separate back into triangles and serve.

- Cheddar, Colby, Monterey Jack
Serve with your favorite dips, refried beans, salsa or guacamole, preferably with choices for a larger crowd.
