I put it together in the slow cooker the night before and cooked it throughout the day.


1 beef blade roast
4 onions thick sliced
1 tsp oregano
1 tsp basil
1 tsp crushed garlic
1/8 cup vinegar
2 tbsp worcestershire sauce
1 can tomato paste
1 cup shredded cheddar
4 Dempsters dinner sized tortillas
1 tsp salt


Place onions in bottom of slow cooker. rub the herbs and salt on the outside of the roast and place it in the slow cooker. Smear tomato paste onto beef and pour vinegar and Worcestershire sauce on top. Cook for about 6 hours on medium heat in slow cooker with lid on. Shred beef with a fork. Place a large spoonful onto the tortilla and top with grated cheese. Grill in a hot skillet, turn when browned. Serve.
