My husband and I love Tex-Mex and this spicy wrapped chicken dish is perfect for a nice romantic diner
|2.5 cups||Tex-Mex Shredded cheese|
|1.5 lbs||cookeked chicken cut into small cubes|
|12||Medium tortilla wraps|
Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
Mix the flour and mayonaise together in a medium saucepan. Whisk in the milk and heat over medium-high heat. Stirring constantly, until the sauce thickens. Add 1.5 cups of the cheese to the sauce and mix until cheese melts. Pour one third of the cheese sauce into a separate container.
Add 3/4 cups salsa and the cubed cooked chicken to the sauce. Mix well.
Spoon about 3/4 cup of the mixture onto a tortilla wrap and roll. Placein a baking dish. Repeat until sauce is gone. Cover with the cheesy sauce set aside earlier and the remaining 1 cup of cheese.
Bake at 375 for 30 min.
