Cheesy Bacon Stuffed Shells

Perhaps the photo doesn't look appetizing, but these were amazing - I mean, soooooooo good. Large Pasta shells stuffed with cheese, bacon, a bit of chicken, and pesto. Delicious.

Ingredients

18 Jumbo Shells
2 cup Bacon
1 cup Ricotta Cheese
1 cup Herb and Garlic Cream Cheese
1/2 cup Parmesan
1/2 cup Pesto
1 tsp pepper
1 egg
1 Chicken Breast, cooked and chopped
1/4 cup butter
1 cup cream
1/2 cup milk
1/2 cup Romano Cheese

Directions

Cook pasta according to package directions (slightly less time). Cool
Mix ricotta, cream cheese, parmesan, pepper, 1/4 cup pesto, and egg.
Add crumbled bacon and chopped chicken breast.
Spoon filling into cooled shells.
Grease a 9 x 11 pan.
Place shells in the bottom
In a large saucepan, melt butter. Add cream, milk, and flour.
Bring to a boil.
Stir in Romano cheese and remaining pesto.
Pour over shells. Cover and bake at 350° for about 30 minutes.
