These two bite stuffed mushroom are creamy and delicious with just the right amount of smoky bacon flavor.
|1 Pkg||(85g) maple leaf ready crisp bacon bits|
|1 Pkg||(227g) cream cheese, softened|
|16||mushrooms, stems removed and reserved|
|1||small onion, chopped|
|1 tbsp||sriracha sauce|
|3/4 cup||marble cheese, grated|
|1 tbsp||olive oil|
|1/2 cup||green onion, chopped|
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Heat oil in a large skillet over medium high heat. Saute chopped mushroom stems and onion for about 3 to 4 minutes or until softened and fragrant. Allow to cool. In a large bowl combine bacon, cream cheese, sriracha sauce, cheese, sautéed vegetable mixture and green onion. Fill each mushroom with cheese mixture and sprinkle with panko. Place mushroom on a parchment lined baking sheet and bake for 18 minutes or until golden brown. Serve immediately.
