While I cannot say this my own creation I added a little extra kick to make it my own! It's a delicious side dish that will get rave reviews!
|1 cup||cheddar cheese|
|1 cup||bread crumbs|
|1/4 cup||green onion|
|1/2 tsp||cayenne pepper|
|favourite hot sauce|
1.Cut cauliflower into florets and cook in boiling water until tender, about 10 minutes. OR to keep in some extra nutrients steam the cauliflower instead.
2.Drain (boiled) and mash the cauliflower while it is still warm
3.Stir cheese, eggs, green onions, bread crumbs, cayenne & salt to taste...add your favourite hot sauce for extra kick!
4.Coat the bottom of a skillet with olive oil over medium-high heat
5.Form the cauliflower mixture into patties about 3 inches across
6.Cook until golden brown & set, about 3 minutes per side
7.Enjoy with some sour cream!
