This a real home comfort food .....Have many friends asking me for the recipe so thought I should put it on here !
|2 cups||Maple Leaf Country Kitchen Ham Cubed|
|3/4 cup||frozen pea's|
|1||diced medium onion|
|3 cups||peeled and cubed potato's|
|1||whole avacado sliced|
|1 cup||shredded marble cheddar|
|1/2 cup||Monterjack Cheddar Shredded|
|1||glove of garlic minced|
|3 tbsp||of corn starch or flour|
|1 Pkg||Philadelphia Garden Vegatable Cream Cheese softened in Microwave|
|Salt and Pepper to taste|
Mix with fork milk and flour or cornstarch ,till blended well and then combine all above ingredients ( minus Monteray Jack Cheddar ) in large mixing bowl and cook in large Casserole Dish and bake at 375 degree's for one hour , top with the Monteray Jack Cheddar 10 minutes prior to being done ........This one of my families favorite recipes they are huge Cheese lovers !
This is so Yummy , can really taste the Garden Cream Cheese in it !
