The best way to use left over mashed potatoes. so tasty you'll always make extras.
|2 cups||mashed potatoes|
|1 cup||cheese cut up|
|1 cup||panko crumbs|
|1 tsp||garlic powder|
|1 cup||cooking oil|
|1 tbsp||flour if needed to bind potatoes|
bring leftover mashed potatoes to room temp. Add flour if they need help binding together. wrap mashed potatoes around cheese. Add salt, pepper and garlic powder to panko crumbs. Dip stuffed potato in egg then coat in panko mix. Heat oil in deep pan and fry until golden. About 5 mins.
This is so easy to dress up any way. change the cheese or add seasonings. I like them in balls my children fingers. I now love left over mashed potatoes.
