Using the microwave to cook an egg is the fastest way to make this sandwich.


1 Whole Grains English Muffin
1 egg
2 tbsp butter
1 slice of processed cheese


1. Lightly toast muffin. Smear the inside of a ramekin with a bit of butter. Spread remaining butter on both sides of muffin.
2. Break egg into greased ramekin. Lightly beat the egg yolk and white. Microwave for about 30 seconds or more until cooked.
3. Place cheese on bottom half of muffin followed by the egg. Top with other half and enjoy your Cheese and Egg Omelette English Muffin!
