HERB AIOLI:
3 Cloves garlic, minced
.5 cup (125 mL) Mayonnaise
1 tbsp (15 mL) Chopped fresh herbs (rosemary, dill, thyme)

Directions

HEAT vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium. Pan fry the sliders, about 4 minutes per side, or until golden brown and internal temperature of meat reaches 165°F (74°C).

HERB AIOLI:
WHISK together all ingredients for aioli and set aside to allow flavours to mingle.

SPREAD aioli over the bottom of each slider bun. Top with lettuce, cucumber, chicken patty, ketchup, tomato, shallots and top of bun.
