Ingredients

8 Slices Villaggio® Original Thick Sliced Italian Style White Bread, toasted
3 cups (750 mL) Grated Cheddar cheese
4 Tomatoes, sliced
Salt and pepper

Directions

PREHEAT broiler to high. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

PLACE toasted bread slices on prepared pan. Top each with grated cheese and slices of tomato. Season with salt and pepper.

BROIL for 3-4 minutes or until cheese has melted and begins to bubble
