|1 tbsp||(15 mL) Apple cider vinegar|
|1/2 tsp||(2-5 mL) Hot pepper sauce|
|1||Green onion, thinly sliced|
|1||Package (16 pieces) Maple Leaf Prime Naturally® Chicken Wings|
WHISK together all of the ingredients for the marinade in a shallow bowl. Add the wings and toss to coat. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes or up to overnight.
PREHEAT oven to 375°F (190°C). Arrange the wings on a parchment paper lined baking sheet. Roast the wings for 40-45 minutes, basting occasionally until the wings are crispy and the internal temperature has reached 185°F (85°C).
SERVE sprinkled with green onions.
