1 Pkg of Schneiders® Bacon
2 cups white sugar or light brown sugar
1 1/2 cups Caramel Corn, coarsely chopped


Pre heat oven to 350 degrees.
Pour the sugar into a shallow dish.
Place each piece of bacon inside of the sugar and pat ensuring that the bacon is coated thoroughly.

Place the sugar coated bacon on a wire backing rack on top of a backing sheet.

Place the bacon on the middle rack and cook for 25-30 minutes or until bacon is crispy and very sticky.
While the bacon is still hot remove from the rack and place onto a parchment paper lined backing sheet.

Sprinkle the caramel corn onto each piece of bacon while still very hot ensuring that it sticks.

Allow to cool until the bacon is hard.
