A new twist on an old favorite
|2||Apple Pie Bagels|
|1 cup||Butterscotch Chips|
|1 tbsp||Maple Sugar|
Preheat oven to 325
Cut bagels into quarters.
Slice bagels into 5mm thick pieces.
Place on an ungreased cookie tray, and bake for 15minutes or until the bagels are just starting to brown slightly. Remove bagels from oven.
Line a plate with parchment paper, and set aside.
Empty butterscotch chips into a microwave safe bowl. Microwave for 20 seconds at a time, stirring after each 20 second period. Continue this until the butterscotch chips are melted.
Dip each bagel piece into the melted butterscotch chips, then place on parchment paper. Sprinkle with maple sugar.
Allow to set in fridge for 20minutes before serving.
