Sweet and tasty, a great side to go with any of the stuffed chicken breasts.
|1/4 cup||brown sugar|
|1/4 cup||maple syrup|
|1 Pkg||Butter and Chive Herbs Maple Leaf Prime stuffed Chicken Creast|
Wash and Peel carrots. In a pot on medium heat, mix in brown sugar, maple syrup, vanilla, butter, salt and water. Mix and bring to a simmer.
Cut carrots down the center and slice into 1 cm half moons. Add to pot and cover and simmer for 20-30 mins, until carrots are tender. Remove cover and let some of the liquid evaporate off before server. Serve with prepared
