Sweet and tasty, a great side to go with any of the stuffed chicken breasts.


3 large carrots
1/4 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup maple syrup
1/2 tsp vanilla
2 tbsp butter
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 cup water
1 Pkg Butter and Chive Herbs Maple Leaf Prime stuffed Chicken Creast


Wash and Peel carrots. In a pot on medium heat, mix in brown sugar, maple syrup, vanilla, butter, salt and water. Mix and bring to a simmer.
Cut carrots down the center and slice into 1 cm half moons. Add to pot and cover and simmer for 20-30 mins, until carrots are tender. Remove cover and let some of the liquid evaporate off before server. Serve with prepared
Butter and Chive Maple Leaf Stuffed Chicken breast, cooked following the package instructions. Enjoy!
