This is one of my favorite thinks to make. If you are not a liver lover, then make this. There is more bacon in this than liver and so the bacon flavor over powers it. very yummy.
|3 tbsp||brown sugar|
Fry the bacon until it is crispy. remove from pan and set aside. Add the liver. Fry on each side for 5 minutes and then again on each side for 2 to three minutes. remove from pan and set aside. Cut up the onion into rings and separate the rings. Add margarine to the same pan and melt, then add the onion rings. Allow these to fry until they are brown. Add the brown sugar to the onions and mix it. On a cutting board cut up the bacon and liver to bite size pieces. toss them in a bowl. add the onion mixture. Toss them all together. Serve.
