Create a surefire hit at any party with these sweet and smoky sliders!
|1 tbsp||Vegetable oil|
|2 Pkg||Maple Leaf® Natural Selections® Slow Roasted Shredded Turkey|
|1 cup||Prepared bbq sauce|
|1/3 cup||Balsamic vinegar|
|3 tbsp||Maple syrup|
|1 1/2 cups||Prepared creamy coleslaw|
|1||package of 12 mini slider buns|
Heat oil in a large skillet over medium high heat. Add red peppers and onions.
Add bbq sauce, vinegar, maple syrup and paprika. Stir and bring to a simmer for about 1 to 2 minutes. Add turkey and combine well. Heat through, about 3 to 4 minutes.
If sauce is too thick add chicken stock to thin out.
Season with salt and pepper if desired.
Divide turkey mixture between buns and top with coleslaw and top bun. Serve immediately.
