About this Recipe

I made this dish at a campfire cookout! It roasted over the coals in minutes.
When at home my mom asked me to make it so we could have a quick meal. This was delicious, filling and easy to clean up. What's there not to like?

Ingredients

1 Pkg Schneiders Sundried Chicken sausages
1 medium onion, cut into large chunks
1 pepper, seeded and cut into large chunks
1 Pkg mushrooms
2 tbsp oil
2 tsp salt and pepper

Directions

Soak 4-8 wooden skewers in water for 1hr or more if you have time.
Cut the sausages into 4 pieces.
Begin to skewer each sausage, alternating with vegetables onto the skewer until all the skewers and ingredients are finished.
Brush with oil and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
Place on grill wooden ends should not be over the heat or they will burn quickly. Turn the skewers every 2 min or so until vegetables are fork tender about 10-15 minutes.
