A full meal cooked in foil, perfect for camping.
|500 g||Lean Ground Beef|
|1/2 Pkg||Maple Leaf Bacon|
|1 can||Cream of Mushroom Soup|
|1 tsp||Italian Spices|
Preheat grill to medium heat.
Divide the hamburger into 4 portions. Tear of 8 pieces of heavy foil. Spread each portion of ground beef on a double layer of heavy foil.
Slice potatoes and carrots thinly. Place a thin layer of each on the hamburger patties. Top each patty with 2 tablespoons of mushroom soup. Place 2 or 3 pieces of bacon on top. Sprinkle each patty with italian spices.
Completely enclose each patty with the aluminium foil, folding each seam over double, and pinching closed.
Place on grill and cook for 20 to 30 minutes on each side. Remove from heat and check for doneness.
Use caution when opening the foil packages, use oven mitts or tongs to prevent getting burned by steam.
