I get the lamb marinated and into a zip top bag, freeze it, pack it deep in my back pack and have it cooked over a camp fire on the first night of a canoeing trip. But the BBQ will work Just as well!
|1 Pkg||Rack of Lamb|
|.5 tsp||Fresh Black Pepper|
|.5 tsp||Dry Oregano|
|.5 tsp||Dry Rosemary|
|3 tbsp||Canola Oil|
Cut the rack of lamb into individual chops.
Combine remaining ingredients and allow to marinate for at least 45 minutes.
Cook over an open flame to desired doneness.
