This delicious homemade Cesar dressing will keep your wings both tender and tasty!
|1||Package of Maple Leaf Prime Naturally® Chicken Wings|
|Salt and pepper|
|1 tsp||(5 mL) Dried oregano|
|.5 tsp||(2 mL) Dried basil|
|.5 tsp||(2 mL) Dried Thyme|
|2 tbsp||(30 mL) Vegetable oil|
|2 tbsp||(30 mL) Lemon juice|
|8||Cloves garlic, divided|
|3 tbsp||(45 mL) Grated Parmesan cheese|
|1 tbsp||(15 mL) Chopped fresh parsley|
|1 tsp||(5 mL) Grated lemon zest|
PREHEAT oven to 375°F (190°C).
SEASON chicken wings with salt and pepper. Mix together oregano, basil, thyme, oil and lemon juice, add chicken wings and toss to coat.
SPREAD chicken wings on a parchment paper lined baking tray. Gently crush 6 cloves of garlic, with skins, and scatter them throughout wings.
BAKE for 25-30 minutes or until crispy and chicken has reached an internal temperature of 185°F (85°C).
PEEL and mince the remaining cloves of garlic. Mix together garlic, cheese, parsley, lemon zest, add cooked chicken wings and toss to coat.
