Your typical, decked-out burger with a delicious caesar twist!

|3||Schneiders® Bacon Slices|
|1||Clove garlic, minced|
|2 tsp||(10 mL) Olive oil|
|2 tbsp||(30mL) Prepared creamy Caesar dressing|
|1||Leaf romaine lettuce|
|.25 oz||(7g) Parmesan cheese petals|
|3 oz||(85g) French fries|
|2 tbsp||(30 mL) Finely grated Parmesan cheese|
|1/4 tsp||(1 mL) Truffle oil (optional)|
PLACE hamburger on a medium-high grill. Cook for 15 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 170°F (77°C).
PLACE bacon on a baking sheet and warm in 375°F (190°C) oven for 5 minutes.
COMBINE garlic and oil and brush over the bun. Place bun cut side down on a flattop. Grill until golden brown, about 1 minute.
ASSEMBLE burger by spreading each half of the toasted bun with Caesar salad dressing. Top the bottom half with the cooked burger followed by bacon, tomato, lettuce and parmesan cheese petals. Top with the other half of the bun.
COOK French fries according to the package directions, remove from oil and sprinkle with parmesan cheese and a drizzle of truffle oil. Serve with the Caesar burger.
