very easy to make, we have planted a cabbage that makes only an individual giant leaves and we pick them to use to make cabbage roll.

Ingredients

12 cabbageleaves
1 cup uncooked rice
12 tomatoes
1 onion
1 garlic
1 Pkg mushroom
3 lbs pork mince /beef
pick a choice or both

Directions

boiled cabbage leaves
mixed pork and mushroom
and rice uncooked
salt pepper
saute 12 tomatoes, with garlic and onions,
arrange cabbage roll in a caserole
put the tomatoes home made sauce all over it.

Notes

it could be serve cold and squeezed lemon generously .. you can serve it hot if preferred.. brunch at any time
