|1 Pkg||Schneider’s Italian Chicken Sausages, sliced into 1” rounds|
|1 ¾ cup||good quality prepared butter chicken|
|1 ½ cups||fresh mozzarella, grated|
|1 ½ cups||spinach|
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Place naan on a lightly floured baking sheet or pizza stone.
Spoon on butter chicken sauce and cover the base of the pizza dough leaving a 1”inch crust.
Top with chicken sausages, mozzarella and spinach leaves.
Bake for 6-10 minutes or until golden and crispy.
Pizza Dough Recipe:
500 gm ‘00’ flour or bread flour
325 gm water (65% hydration)
10 gm salt
3 gm active dry yeast
Mix the dough in a stand mixer, by hand or in a bread machine. If you are using a stand mixer, mix it slowly for two minutes, faster for 5 minutes, and slow again for 2 minutes.
Cover the dough and let it rise for 1 1/2 - 2 hours, or until double. Punch it down and push out the air bubbles. Form the dough into a large ball, then cut it into three 275 gm equal pieces.
