About this Recipe

Tiny tender pops of Baked Butter Chicken that melts in your mouth. Easy make ahead appetizer pops that will make your Game Day meal special.

Ingredients

1 lb Maple Leaf Prime Ground Chicken
1 cup Zucchini, grated on large holes
3 tbsp store bought Curried Butter Chicken Sauce
1 lg. egg
1 tbsp parsley, finely minced
1/2 tsp each salt, black pepper, garlic powder
1 tbsp paprika, plus extra for decoration
1/3 cup seasoned bread crumbs
1 Dipping Sauce
1/2 cup store bought Curry Butter Chicken Sauce
1/2 cup canned coconut milk, shaken
pinch of salt and pinch of paprika

Directions










In a large mixing bowl mix all ingredients together.
Using a tablespoon, scoop out a mound and roll between two hands into 2" meatballs. Place on a silpat/parchment paper covered baking sheet 1" apart.
Sprinkle paprika for added colour. Bake for 40-45min in a 350F oven, until golden and cooked through. Makes 30-40 minis.


Sauce:
Mix together and pour into a decorative bowl.
Sprinkle with paprika overtop for colour.

Notes

These tenders pops can be made ahead frozen and baked when needed or baked and refrigerated up to 2 days ahead.
