If you like tacos and you like chicken wings – here’s a real winner – the two together! These will certainly be a hit with every member of your family.
|1 tbsp||(15 mL) Vegetable oil|
|1||Small onion, diced|
|1||(400 g) Package Maple Leaf® Prime® Fully Cooked and Sliced Chicken Breast Strips, chopped|
|1 1/4 cups||(300 mL) Buffalo wing sauce|
|1/4 cup||(60 mL) Celery, finely diced|
|2||Green onions, finely diced|
|1||Red pepper, finely diced|
|Blue cheese or ranch salad dressing|
HEAT oil in a large skillet over medium-high. Add onion and sauté for 4-5 minutes. Stir in chicken and buffalo wing sauce and heat through.
FILL tacos with chicken mixture and top with diced veggies. Drizzle with salad dressing and serve.
