Super easy using ready prepared ingredients. Tangy and salty with the cheese, sausage and spicy wing sauce.
|1 Pkg||(700 g) ready prepared pizza dough|
|2 tsp||(10 mL) Cornmeal|
|1/2 cup||(125 mL) Ready prepared creamy Blue cheese or ranch salad dressing or dip|
|2 1/2 cup||(625 mL) Grated Mozzarella cheese, divided|
|4||Schneiders® Buffalo Chicken Grill’ems, cut into ¼” pieces|
|1||Red pepper, diced|
|6||Green onions, thinly sliced|
|1/2 cup||(125 mL) Grated Parmesan cheese|
|1/4 - 1/3 cup||Buffalo wing sauce|
|1/4 cup||Crumbled Blue cheese (optional)|
PREHEAT oven to 400°F (200°C).
GENTLY stretch pizza dough on a lightly floured work surface to fit a baking sheet. Line the baking sheet with parchment paper and sprinkle with cornmeal and place the pizza dough on top and stretch to fit.
SPREAD the dough with salad dressing almost to the edge. Top with 2 cups (500 mL) Mozzarella cheese, sausage slices, red pepper and green onions. Sprinkle with the remaining Mozzarella cheese and Parmesan cheese.
BAKE in the preheated oven for 20 minutes or until the base is crispy and the cheese is bubbling. Drizzle with Buffalo wing sauce and add crumbled Blue cheese if using. Serve hot!
