The Buffalo Chicken Dip is a great appetizer with a kick!
|1||(250 g) package cream cheese|
|.5 cup||(125 mL) blue cheese or ranch salad dressing|
|.5 cup||(125 mL) hot sauce|
|.5 cup||(125 mL) crumbled blue cheese or shredded mozzarella cheese (about 2 ounces/60 g)|
|2||(5.5 oz/156 g) cans Maple Leaf® Flakes of Chicken (drained and flaked)|
|assorted vegetables and crackers|
PREHEAT oven to 350°F (180°C).
STIR the cream cheese in a 9-inch (23 cm) pie plate with a fork or whisk until it’s smooth.
STIR in the dressing, hot sauce, cheese and flaked chicken.
BAKE uncovered for 20 minutes or until the chicken mixture is hot and bubbling. Stir before serving with vegetables and crackers for dipping.
