Who doesn’t love Buffalo chicken wings? Here are all the yummy flavours in a burger!
|1||Package Maple Leaf Prime Naturally® Minced Chicken|
|1/4 cup||Finely grated carrot|
|1/4 cup||Finely diced celery|
|4 tbsp||Ranch dressing|
|1/4 cup||Chopped green onion|
|2 oz||Blue cheese|
|1/3 cup||Baby spinach|
|1 cup||Shredded carrot|
|1 cup||Thinly sliced celery|
|1/4 cup||Buffalo wing sauce|
PREHEAT BBQ to medium-high. Lightly coat the grill with non-stick cooking spray.
MIX together minced chicken, carrot, celery, salt, pepper, ranch dressing, green onions and breadcrumbs. Using your hands, gently form into four equal patties. Make a small well in the center of each patty and place one quarter of the blue cheese in each. Close the patty around the cheese. Grill the burgers for 6-8 minutes per side or until nicely char-grilled and the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
Toss together all of the ingredients for the slaw.
ASSEMBLE burgers by placing a cooked burger on the bottom half of each bun. Top with slaw and spinach leaves. Drizzle with a little ranch dressing and serve.
