|1/2 cup||(125 mL) Mayonnaise or sour cream|
|1||(250 g) Package cream cheese, softened|
|1 cup||(250 mL) Grated Mozzarella cheese|
|1 cup||(250 mL) Grated Provolone cheese|
|1/2 cup||(125 mL) Franks® Original Red Hot™ Sauce|
|3/4 cup||(175 mL) Beer|
|1||(400 g) Package Maple Leaf® Prime® Fully Cooked and Sliced Chicken Breast Strips, diced|
|1/2 cup||(125 mL) Grated Parmesan cheese|
PREHEAT oven to 350°F (180°C). Spray a pie plate with non-stick cooking spray.
MIX the first six ingredients together until well blended. Fold in the chicken pieces and pour the mixture into the pie plate. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and bake for 30 minutes or until the top is golden brown and bubbly.
SERVE with assorted crackers, chips and veggies for dipping.
