Fast and easy on the BBQ!


1 small Maple Leaf Chicken breast
1/4 avocado
1 tbsp buffalo sauce
1 tsp sour cream
1 Salt and pepper to taste
1 tbsp chopped onions
1 tbsp chopped green pepper
1 tbsp chopped hot peppers
1 small tortilla
2 tbsp shredded mozerella


Cook chicken on BBQ until done, season with salt and pepper while cooking. Place aside when done. Place the onion, green peppers, hot peppers in tinfoil and put on BBQ until they start to brown on the bottom. Remove. Cut up chicken into slices, put cheese on torrilla first, then chicken and top with veggies. Add buffalo sauce to your liking and a dollop of sour cream to cool your taste buds. Serve with sliced avocado.
