About this Recipe

My mother has always made amazing chicken wings. Here, I take that secret sauce and pair it with ground turkey to create the very tasty twist on the game day classic

1 Pkg Maple Leaf Prime Ground turkey or chicken
1 egg
.5 cup bread crumbs, unseasoned
1 Salt and pepper to taste
1 cup brown sugar, packed
.25 cup soya sauce
.25 cup water
.25 cup corn starch
0.5 tsp granulated garlic

To create meatballs, combine ground turkey or chicken with bread crumbs, egg, and salt and pepper. Form into uniform balls and baked in 400 F oven a 9X13 glass casserole dish for 25-30 minutes, or until cooked through.
In a saucepan, combine the remaining ingredients and simmer until thickened
Pour over meatballs and return to oven until the meatballs are glazed
