An easy weeknight supper!
1 Pkg | Whole Wheat Penne |
1.5 cups | frozen or fresh broccoli |
1.5 cups | basic tomato pasta sauce |
4 | slices Schneiders Bologna |
6 cups | water |
1/4 cup | parmesan cheese (optional) |
In a medium pot, bring water to boil. Add penne and cook as per package directions.
Meanwhile, slice bologna into 1cm wide strips. Set aside.
When there is 6minutes remaining on the time for the pasta to cook, add broccoli (8 minutes if using frozen broccoli).
Drain pasta and broccoli.
Add sauce and bologna, and toss.
Top with parmesan cheese (optional)
