Breakfast Pizza with Eggs and Maple Leaf Black Forest Ham

About this Recipe

Being a Pizzeria owner most of my life, I was looking for a breakfast style pizza and not just for breakfast! I started by cracking two eggs and ham on a pizza shell and soon evolved into so much more! I hope you'll enjoy this as much as I do!

Ingredients

1 cup Liquid Eggs (app. 6Eggs)
1 cup Maple Leaf Black Forest Ham
1/2 cup Green peppers
1 tbsp Chopped onions
2 tbsp Milk
1 tbsp Canadian Maple Syrup
1/4 cup Chopped spinach
pepper to taste
salt to taste

Directions

In a medium size bowl put in all your ingredients and mix.
Then pour them onto your fresh pizza dough, spread over a 12 inch pan (Preferably deep dish)
Make sure not to over fill your shell, to avoid spilling during the cooking process.
Place in the oven preheated to 400 degrees for app. 20-25 minutes!
Delicious hot and even at room temp.
