Make and take to eat at work!
Or at home for breakfast on a Sunday, with a Caesar on the side.


1 egg
1 green onion
1 handful of arugula
3 slices all natural ham
4 thin slices of tomato
olive oil
cheddar cheese
2 slices of bread


Scramble egg with a tsp of water, add a pinch of salt, add diced green onion. Fry until done, melt cheddar cheese on top. While pan is hot, also heat up sliced ham.

Preheat Grill
Assemble the sandwich:
Brush both sides of bread with olive oil.
Place egg and cheese on sandwich, layer with arugula, tomato, and ham.
Place on grill and close lid.
Cook for a few minutes on each side until cheese is bubbly.
