What better way to start your day then with a breakfast pizza. Simple and delicious, this pizza is packed with flavour, protein and healthy greens!


1 Pkg pre-made Gluten-Free pizza crust
1 tbsp olive oil
5 eggs
4 oz goat cheese
4 tbsp parmigiana
handful of fresh spinach
handful of fresh kale
salt and pepper



Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.

Brush the pizza crust with a small amount of olive oil.

Top the crust with kale, spinach, salt and pepper. Then gently crack the eggs on top of your pizza, sprinkle with parmigiana and top with crumbled goat cheese.

Bake in the oven for about 8-10 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and just starting to brown, and the crust is golden brown.
