Fast, easy and delicious


6 slices sour dough bread
2 eggs
2 tbsp (30 mL) Sriracha Mayonnaise
1/2 avocado
2 sliced, Monterey jack cheese
1 Pkg (150g)Maple Leaf Natural Selections Sliced Chicken
6 Slices Maple Leaf® Ready Crisp® Bacon
1 Tomato


In a frying pan over medium heat, fry the eggs cooking them over easy. Remove from pan.

Toast the bread lightly. Spread a thin layer of mayonnaise on one side of each slice.

Place half of the chicken, 1 slice of cheese and 3 strips of bacon on one slice mayonnaise side up.

Place a second slice of toasted bread over the bacon, mayo side down.

Spread the top bread slice with mayonnaise and arrange 2 lettuce leaves, avocado and half of the sliced tomato and fried egg.

Season to taste with salt and pepper and top with remaining bread slice.

Repeat the process for the second sandwich.
