it's all about the way you build the sandwiches certain ingrediants work better with the other ones. I find this sandwich to be a delicious twist on breakfast


1 tomato
4 eggs
1 cup romaine/ iceburg lettuce
4 slices bacon
2 boneless skinless chicken breast
4 tbsp miracle whip mayonaise
8 slices healthy harvest bread
1 tsp salt and pepper
1 tsp margerine
1 cup shredded cheese


bang 2 bone less skin less chicken breasts flat and cut in half to make 4 portions. season with salt and pepper, you can pan fry or grill (grilling adds more flavor). to add even more flavor you can use extra lean medditeranean greek pre seasoned chicken breast. fry bacon in pan until desired level of crunch. cut one medium large tomato into slices. shred or tear lettuce. cook eggs over easy leaving yolks runny. toast bread add margarine. add mayonnaise to one half of the toast. add cheese while building sandwich. to build: put margarine on toast and mayo on one half put cheese on half with margarine, chicken on top of cheese then bacon and egg. top that with lettuce and then tomato putting pepper on tomato and mayo then add top of sandwich and enjoy!! serves 4
