About this Recipe

It's a delicious take on the traditional soup in a bread bowl - it's now breakfast in a bread bowl!! It's the perfect breakfast/brunch meal for anyone to enjoy!

Ingredients

2 small sourdough bread bowl buns
2 eggs
2-4 slices of COOKED bacon
4-6 cherry tomatoes cut in half
Grated cheddar cheese
Melted butter
A few spinach leaves
On the side
1 avocado (sliced)
4-6 cherry tomatoes

Directions

Preheat oven to 350C
Empty the centre of the bread bowl so that its hollow.
Drizzled melted butter inside/over the bowl
Add some cheese
Add cooked bacon
Add spinach leaves
Add cherry tomatoes
Sprinkle more cheese
Carefully break open egg on top...be sure not to break the yolk!
Wrap outside of bowl in tinfoil and bake for 30 minutes.

Add sliced avocados and cherry tomatoes to the side of the plate

Enjoy!
