All of your favorite breakfast foods in one bowl!
|1||Apple Pie Bagel|
|2/3 cup||vanilla yogurt|
|1/4 cup||peanut butter (can use other nut butter if desired)|
|1/4 cup||mixed berries (can use frozen, defrosted)|
|2 tsp||maple sugar|
Cut bagel in half.
Place each half on a plate, cut side facing down.
Put 1/3 cup of yogurt in the centre hole "bowl" of each half.
Top with berries and sliced bananas.
Melt peanut butter in a microwave safe bowl for 25 seconds until it is runny.
Drizzle half of the peanut butter (2 tbsp.) on each half.
Top with 1tsp of maple sugar on each.
