Who doesn't love Sticky Smokey Ribs? Slow cooked falling off the bone and grilled to perfection last minute on the grill.


2 pkg's Maple Leaf Prime Back Ribs
1 cup BBQ sauce, your fave
2 tbsp hot sauce, your fave
1/2 cup bourbon
1 tbsp fresh rosemary, chopped
1 tbsp liquid smoke
1 tbsp smoked paprika
1/2 cup water


Peel the "skin" off the back of the ribs. Wash and pat dry.
Place in roasting pan large enough to hold both.
Pour all of the ingredients over the ribs and rub into the ribs.
*If you have time marinate refrigerated for up to 1 day ahead.
Cover pan in foil and bake in a preheated 375F oven for 1 1/2 hrs.
Turning every 1/2 hr., basting with a brush.

Place on a hot BBQ and grill for 20-30 min to caramelize. Basting with sauce.
* If it dries too quickly baste with more bottled BBQ sauce.
Serving Suggestion: Cut into individual ribs
