|4||slices Schneiders Blue Ribbon deli chicken sliced .5 inch thick|
|4||slices Schneiders Bologna|
|4||slices Swiss cheese, rolled|
|1/2 cup||butter, melted|
|1 cup||fine bread crumbs|
|Wooden Toothpicks (for assembly)|
Preheat oven to 350°F. Line a cookie sheet with parchment. Lay out chicken slices; place bologna and rolled cheese on each. Roll tightly and secure with toothpicks.
Dip each roll in melted butter and dredge in bread crumbs. Place on cookie sheet and bake for 7 to 10 minutes on each side. Let rest 5 minutes prior to serving or cutting. Serve with your favourite vegetable.
