A fun and fancy way to eat leftover rice!


1 cup rice (sticky is best)
2 oz frozen peas
1 oz shredded carro
1 tsp soy sauce
1 tsp wasabi and ginger
8 oz thin sliced bologna


slice bologna into 1 " wide slices
Cook the rice and add peas just before done.
Leftover rice will do too
Stir in shredded carrot and soy sauce
Serve cold

Roll into little sushi style rolls. Decorate plate with ginger and wasabi. I like green mustard instead but it is hard to find.
