This easy recipe will make your baked chicken a little more interesting and a lot tastier!


4 raw skinless, boneless chicken breasts
4 slices bologna
4 oz mozarella cheese
non-stick cooking spray


Preheat oven to 350.
Line a 9X13 baking pan with tin foil. Spray generously with non-stick cooking spray.
Butterfly each breast by slicing into it halfway through, and about 3/4 of the way into it (be careful to not actually cut it in half).
In each breast, fold one slice of bologna.
Inside the bologna, place 1oz of cheese.
Bake for 1hr or until internal temperature reaches 165.


You can use a wooden toothpick to keep the chicken closed
