This is a great way to get the children to eat their vegetables with great tasting bologna.


4 small potatoes
1 cup small brussel sprouts
2 tbsp butter
4 slices Maple Leaf bologna


In oven roast potatoes and brussel sprouts in oven. Spray pan with vegetable spray, then add butter. Bake for about 45 minutes. Remove from oven. Sprinkle with garlic salt. Roll up bologna slices, add small potato and some brussel sprouts. Take a toothpick to hold everything together.


My children love to eat their vegetables when they are with bologna.
