The kid's favorite lunch meat paired with a classic french breakfast omelette! Delicious!


4 Large eggs
1 tbsp (15 mL) Milk
2 tbsp (30 mL) Mayonnaise
1 Pkg Package Schneiders® Country Naturals® Bologna Slices, chopped
2 tbsp (30 mL) Green onion, finely chopped
2 tbsp (30 mL) Butter
2 Cheddar cheese slices
1 Mozzarella cheese slice


WHISK together eggs, milk, and mayonnaise. Add bologna and green onion.

HEAT butter in a skillet over medium heat. Add egg mixture and cook until edges are firm and top surface has bubbled. Place cheese slices on one half of the omelette; fold the other side over the cheese. Cook for 1-2 minutes longer or until the cheese has melted.
