The kid's favorite lunch meat paired with a classic french breakfast omelette! Delicious!
|1 tbsp||(15 mL) Milk|
|2 tbsp||(30 mL) Mayonnaise|
|1 Pkg||Package Schneiders® Country Naturals® Bologna Slices, chopped|
|2 tbsp||(30 mL) Green onion, finely chopped|
|2 tbsp||(30 mL) Butter|
|2||Cheddar cheese slices|
|1||Mozzarella cheese slice|
WHISK together eggs, milk, and mayonnaise. Add bologna and green onion.
HEAT butter in a skillet over medium heat. Add egg mixture and cook until edges are firm and top surface has bubbled. Place cheese slices on one half of the omelette; fold the other side over the cheese. Cook for 1-2 minutes longer or until the cheese has melted.
