This casserole tastes like childhood-- if that doesn't sell you, what will?
|1 cup||(250 mL) Salad dressing|
|1 cup||(250 mL) Milk|
|1 Pkg||Schneiders® Country Naturals® Bologna, diced|
|1 Pkg||Frozen hash-brown potatoes|
|1 cup||(250 mL) Onion, coarsely chopped|
|1/2 cup||(125 mL) Chopped green pepper|
|1/2 cup||(125 mL) Chopped red pepper|
|2 cups||(500 mL) Grated medium Cheddar cheese|
|2 cups||(500 mL) Soft bread crumbs|
|1/4 cup||(60 mL) Melted butter|
PREHEAT oven to 350°F (180°C).
WHISK together salad dressing and milk. Add bologna, hash browns, onion, peppers and cheese. Combine well. Turn into a 9x13” (3.5 L) lightly greased casserole.
TOSS breadcrumbs with melted butter and sprinkle over top. Bake for 40 minutes or until the top is golden brown and the cheese has melted.
