1 Pkg | Schneiders® Blue RibbonTM or Larsen Bologna |
4 | hamburger buns or kaiser buns |
1 | large vine-ripened tomato, sliced thin |
4 | slices aged cheddar cheese |
4 | leaves of leaf lettuce or Boston Bibb |
4 tbsp | (60 mL) mayonnaise |
4 tbsp | (60 mL) Dijon mustard |
IN a large frying pan over medium-high heat, add the bologna and cook for 2 to 3 minutes on each side or until the bologna edges become crispy.
Remove the bologna from heat and set aside.
To assemble the sandwiches, spread the mustard and mayonnaise on the top and bottom bun. Top with lettuce, tomato, fried bologna and cheese. Top with bun and serve.
