About this Recipe

This is a simple and quick bruschetta recipe that is perfect as an appetizer. Blend of salty & sweet flavours with garlic kick make this recipe tastes AMAZING!!!

Ingredients

4 Slices of Schneiders' Bologna
4 Thinly sliced provolone or mozzarella cheese
1 Plum
1 Baguette, sliced (4 pieces)
2 tbsp Butter, to spread on a sliced baguette
1 Garlic, minced to mix with butter

Directions

1. Turn on the oven to broil
2. Slice baguette to ~ 1/2 inch
3. Combine butter and minced garlic
4. Spread the garlic butter on the bread slices
5. Place the buttered bread into a heated oven until the top is toasted and golden brown
6. Take the bread out of the oven
7. On each bread slice, place one piece of Schneiders' Bologna on top
8. Add a sliced cheese and plum slice on top
9. Place in the oven until cheese melts
